David Flory has over 35 years in Real Estate Sales and Management in combination with 20 years as a Residential Mortgage Loan Officer Born and raised in a Military family, David got used to moving having moved 11 times by the time he was in the 11th grade. David learned how to make friends very quickly.

David married the former Mildred Pamela Davis who was born and raised at Wrightsville Beach and in 1989 they officially moved to Wilmington, NC Over the years David has been very involved in multiple Real Estate related committees – Wilmington Realtors Foundation 30 + more years, Affordable Housing committees, HOMES4NC with NCAR, Risk Management Advisory Committee Chair, Building Taskforce, Finance Committee and Professional Standards Committee, Grievance Committee, Education Committee and Dean of the GRI program. Over 8 years as a sales Manager for two different Real Estate firms.

David is very active with the Cape Fear Council – Boy Scouts of America and has been a member of the Executive Board since 1990.

David’s experience covers first-time homebuyers as well as Second Homes and Investment properties. With over 35 years in the Real Estate business, David has the expertise to assist in all aspects of financing and purchasing your next home.
